Changing your template |
|
Try selecting a different template in the “Select a template” select box and generate the website again. You will see that the template is basically the main graphic layout of the website that is the same on all the pages.

Creating a website with more than one page |
|
Create an empty folder, that you call “Webdocs” or any other description that suites you.
Copy your Home page Word document into this folder (or create it and save it there).
Copy more Word documents with the Home page into the same folder (or create it and save it there).
Repeat the 2 easy steps you followed to create your first website.
Congratulations again, you are making progress! Notice that the text of the menu buttons are the same as the file names of your Word documents.

Creating a website with sub-menus |
|
Repeat the last exercise, but also include sub folders in the “Webdocs” folder. These sub folders must contain Word documents in them.
You can download an easy example by clicking here. Compare the file & folder structure with this website’s menu and you’ll get the concept very easily.

Change the order of items in the menu |
|
If you have had a look at the last example you would have noticed that the names of the Word files are preceded by a number and a point. It’s as simple as that! Just add a number followed by a dot in front of your Word file’s name.
For example:
1.Home.php 2.Services.php 3.About Us.php 4.Contact Us.php
Well done! You are now part of the Rapid-Website family!
