Quick steps for installing Rapid-Website |

Step 1: Make sure you have MS-Word version 10 or newer
Step 2: Make sure you have the .NET Framework installed on your computer
Step 3: Download and install Rapid-Website

Complete steps for installing Rapid-Website |
|
Step 1: Make sure your MS-Word version is compliant with Rapid-Website
To see what version of Microsoft Word you have
Step 2: Make sure your computer is .NET compliant
Rapid-Website requires the .NET framework to be installed on your computer. If you are not sure if it is, just download this file and run it
.NET framework (version 1.1).exe (file size ~ 25 MB)
It will automatically install the .NET framework (if necessary).
Step 3: Download and install Rapid-Website
Rapid-Website can be download here
Rapid-Website setup.zip (file size ~ 10 MB)
After you have downloaded the zip-file, you should extract the file somewhere in a temporary folder. If you do not know what a zip file is, please click here. Run the “setup.exe” file and follow the instructions.
That’s all! You can now generate websites from your computer!

Upgrading Rapid-Website |

Step 1: Uninstall any old Rapid-Website version first
Step 2: Install the new Rapid-Website version
Simply follow the “Complete steps for installing Rapid-Website” described above.
Note:
Please note that installing a new Rapid-Website version can overwrite your old templates. If you have edited some of the templates, we recommend that you save it with a unique name. If you haven’t edited your templates, you can get any templates emailed to you via www.MyWebCP.com

Version 3.3 - February 2007
-New code inserter added for programmers. A very powerful method for inserting ANY code in a Word document (for example HTML, PHP, Java, ASP, etc). -Minor FTP client update -Referencing bug corrected that inserted http://wwww. before an absolute link (that already has a http://wwww. ) -Home page may now also be a HTM or PHP file -Update bug fixed that caused to Word documents always to be generated, even if it was not necessary (this also resolved a local Search engine problem)

-Annoying restrictions of IE removed that blocks the menu from loading in test mode -IE7 compatibility added -Program now able to generate MS-Word documents while the documents are still open (just remember to save changes before you generate!) -Program updated to ignore MS-Word temporary files during generation -Select box added to Template Editor to scroll through templates faster

· New Html only option added (give users the option to generate website to pure html) · Help documentation added · New FTP settings controls added · New Company Details controls added · New Website reference controls added · FTP connection bug fixed (for some FTP servers reconnection of a client in a certain time returns the client to the last directory - this was unwanted if the root directory was expected) · Setup Web stats bug fixed (caused the program to crash) · Possible 'delete cache' bug fixed (although the bug could not be confirmed, better controls were implemented to prevent it)
